My favorite oyster restaurant in Paris. I visit here every time when I am in Paris! Oysters and sea urchins are always fresh! Great wine selections as well!

A “small” oyster farm that we like. Competitive oysters from Poget, plump sea urchins as desired... and to top it all off, a very friendly owner and staff. Just don't be afraid of proximity to other customers.

We visited Paris 3 years ago dining here on Easter Sunday and returned to Paris in May for only 2 nights. Where did we eat on our first night??? An absolute must for us: Huitrerie Regis.We experienced the same high quality food in this sweet, intimate setting. Since we now have a favorite table we arrived early awaiting the opening of the doors and sat as hoped.Eating here is a fun experience. There is a quality of understated reverence in terms of the way the food is addressed, prepared, served Yes, the space is small and intimate but that is part of the fun. It is bright with white walls and big windows. There is a grace with which the owners prepare and serve. And, it is casual, not at all pretentious. Put this as #1 on your dining list!! We shall return.
