We loved this place. It's small and very charming. We stopped here for a quick lunch and coffee and each ordered a cruncher. we're not speaking well French, but we tried the best we could and people were friendly and helpful. The coffee was good. one View all feedback.
What Stacey Wright doesn't like about La Charrette des Beaux-Arts:
we went on a Saturday noon (6/2/2016) and it was a disappointment. The bosses seem nice at the reception. It looks like a good Parisian bistro. It's when you go to the bathroom that it won't go. First, those are not clean and as they adjoin the kitchen, you will hesitate to continue to breakfast so much the hygiene rules do not seem respected. Obviously the dishes served are disappointing. Too bad. View all feedback.
Friendly staff especially the rather cool server food is not bad but the hygiene of the kitchen leaves perplexed.

We fell under the charm of this establishment! arrival a little late (near 15h), but no problem we continue to serve. We are well received, the waitress knows how to advise us in the choice of dishes and also in the wines that accompany, it is a plus. We enjoyed being in an atmosphere that fits perfectly with the neighborhood, between the works of artists and the rather retro decor. We feel like we're just a step away from the beautiful arts school!Concerning food, it's really not bad, we were able to taste the very good cheeseburger home. it is served with fries (home also) and salad. The quiche of the day was also appreciated, as was the desserts: burned cream and chocolate mousse, also made by the cook. The desserts are presented in a window, it has the advantage of being able to see in advance what will be served us, and it saves time. We're served quickly, nothing to say. We'll probably be back!
