we say that throughout the street where this delicious restaurant is located. all other restaurateurs like the owners of this tend to pull you in! Sure. you are in Paris...near the tour of the eiffel and you can't expect to eat with a few peas, it's like going to get a coffee in Rome in front of the colosseum hoping to pay it a euro and 10 cents. However said this the waiters are courteous so that if you do not speak... View all feedback.
What ฐาปนีย์ เจนพานิชย์สกุล doesn't like about Le Bailli de Suffren:
Be extra careful when paying by credit card. This restaurant uses a "Fintrax" currency conversion system that is unfair. Suggest this restaurant be avoided - it is a bad bad restaurant - but if you do go, pay with cash so that they cannot rip off your credit card currency conversion. View all feedback.
A lunch on an improvised betting that costs a little expensive for quality. fries are very fine and far from home, the flat water 50cl to more than 5€ is widely abused!!! The croque, sir, just like the nature omelette. but the chicken-curry spaghetti were really too strong and it's a shame. We were 4, and the last one took a 10,80€ sandwich... for the size and non-fresh of the bread, it's huge I find. dry and hard bread, quite unpleasant. I'm probably not going back.
For lunch we normally just have a light snack. I saw Croc Monsieure on the menu but it came with fries and salad. I asked if i could just have the Croc. Yes but you will still pay for the fries and salad. Cappuchino was the most expensive that I had in 10 days in France and the tomato mozzarella was nothing special. In all overpriced and bad attitude from the waiters,

We used three times, purely for convenience as close to our hotel. Found the food to be fine, no complaints. A bit expensive, but not a surprise given its location and other places we used were equivalent cost wise. Soft drinks expensive, as they seemed to be everywhere. Staff ok, on one occasion the waiter asked if we would pay the bill before we had finished as he was going off shift, which we didnt really mind. Generally speaking they were fine, not overly attentive as you had to make an effort to get their attention if you wanted something but found that in most of the cafes we used on the trip (put it down to the french general attitude!) On our last morning we visited for a brunch breakfast which wasnt too bad value at 14.60 each (omelette, pancake, juice, coffee, bread, jam, pastries) and the chap working that morning was a bit snappy if you were a bit slow ordering but he appeared to be working alone so was quite busy and seemed ok a bit later once another staff member arrived.Would use again as did not seem any more expensive than other places we ate at in the area, eating seemed generally expensive everywhere (tourist prices!) and food was perfectly fine
Stopped by after viewing the Eiffel Tower for a late dinner. Didn't know it was going to be the WORST MEAL WE WOULD HAVE IN PARIS. Boiled dry pasta, uneatable charcuterie plate with microscopic cheese. Were told they did not have tap water. Waiter tried to force us to tip him while he ran our card and told us tip was not included, it was. Don't go here.
