Le Cafe M - Paris

We wanted to have a special New Year's Eve experience in Paris and we really lucked out with Le Cafe M. They offered a tasting menu with 1 glass of champage for 240E or 320E with a series of wine pairings. My experience was wonderful starting with the cordial staff taking my reservation to the very pleasant surprise of Chef Sebastian Roux visiting us at our table to explain the dishes. The reservation staff was kind enough to ask if we needed a special children's meal, which I declined. My 11 year old son ended up enjoying everything on the tasting menu. I had the wine pairings while the rest of my party had the tasting menu. From the sea urchin amuse bouche to the lovely French duo singers to the exceptional service, everything was perfection. Our favorite small dish was the Sea Bass and we were enchanted by the Yuzu Meringue wafer with lemon sorbet and mango slices. I enjoyed all my wine pairings. My only feedback was that the second small main dish was another whitefish, i.e.Turbot, which was good, but it would have been nice to have something different. Our servers led by the young brunette lady were so attentive and very nice. Thank you Le Cafe M for making it an unforgettable NY's Eve 2022 for me and family!!

As a rule, I generally do not dine at restaurants of the hotels where I’m staying. However I worked late this evening and do not feel like adventuring out. So I decide to try Cafe M. I mean their breakfast is always great so how bad can dinner be, right. OMG. Dinner was superb. What a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and the service as always) was great. So bending or breaking your own rules, once in a while, may bring very pleasant surprises.

We had an amazing evening. Drinks and food were delicious. Ambiance was relaxing and service was beyond excellence. They really took good care of us. We started with Parisian apéro which was incredibly delicious, served by chef himself with explanation every single ingredient. Don’t forget about desserts. Un délice. We loved it. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks and well done to the TEAM!!

Beautiful! It was a real pleasure to taste all these extraordinary and delicious dishes. There were real discoveries with varied but harmonious tastes. The plates are very beautiful. We feel the passion of the Rosian chef in every dish. the cowrin, his signature dessert, has kept all his promises a pleasure! The welcome is very warm. Bravo to the leader and his team.
