Le Gentilly - Paris

A tip is not going!!!15€ the burger...it is served dry without any sauce. I had to ask the waiter to get him to bring me the whole big bottle of ketchup. so disappointed...if I wanted an industrial burger with frozen fries I would have gone to the local mcdo, much cheaper!!! if you don't believe me look at the pictures. don't go!!!

We were exploring one day, choosing a bus route and riding to the end before walking some. Finding Le Gentilly, we stopped for lunch, our primary meal of the day. I had haddock with beurre blanc on the side, mixed vegetables, rice and a garnish of three tender mussles. My partner had salmon with a lovely herb sauce and the same sides, including the mussle garnish. Very tasty, and a presentation with that extra touch that shows the kitchen cares. Desserts of creme caramel and a fresh strawberry tart quite satisifed our sweet tooth. Head to the 13th arrondissement to try Le Gentilly.

Very bad reception, we feel like we're not gonna be here. the server was quite unpleasant, at the limit of ignorance when asked a question. a unique and very classic menu, rather light for the price, the coca cola at 4.50 finally in short a restaurant where the intention is to breeze the customer and make number, reception and quality are far behind all this.

The frozen food, the entrance bought at the metro, in conclusion it is better to avoid this restaurant.For 17 euros, it is not good at all!
