Contribute Feedback What Frédéric Lefevre doesn't like about Le Maillot:
Hello everyone, former Balto employee. I come to inform you, a reality on this restaurant. Cooking can be qualified, forced to go buy the royal couscous at the supermarket, to serve it to customers. A total lack of respect. I do not recommend any risk of food poisoning. View all feedback.
Great place 4 GF breakfast ????. Lots of locals eat here. Also can buy cigars & smokes (if ur into that).
Excellent mid-price choice close to the conference centre. Can get very busy (ie full!) when there is a conference, but you can usually get in before 6pm, otherwise book. Recommend the platters (meat, cheese and mixed) with a carafe, or two, of the red wine. Excellent English spoken by very friendly helpful waitress.Would definitely go back
Our third night in Paris and our best meal out of the three evening meal for the price. Great atmosphere and good wine.
My boyfriend and I were there this morning to enjoy our last morning in Paris. We had Cafe lattes and croque madames. All went well until my boyfriend had his last sip of coffee and saw a spider at the bottom of the cup. When we told the waiter he said that it must've crawled in at the end which clearly it had been there the whole time. We asked for the bill and we received no apology and he still kept the coffee on the bill. We paid for everything minus the coffee and told him we were not paying for that. He said that we had too since it was not him who made the coffee. He was ride and disrespectful. Terrible service to tourists visiting the city. I've never seen that in my life. Disgusting.
If your looking for great coffee and Croissant to start the day (they will melt in your mouth), you have to try this place out!Make a note of being there before 8:30 or you will only read about the Croissants as they will be gone!!
