Le Mansouria - Paris

We had a wonderful dinner at Mansouria! Our waiter spoke English and was very personable, friendly, and efficientI felt like we had made a new friend.

From the word go, the service was very friendly towards my whole family.The food menu was small but had some good choices to made from. For starters we had the lamb sausages and lady finger prawn pastries, oh my, they were both very good with the super fresh and green herb salad and a hot to order chilli sauce. The moans we had were tow types of tagine, one slightly sweeter made with dates and prunes, the other a lemony tastebud tangler with chicken, both were delectable with well made couscous and washed down with a bottle of quality North African red wine. My kids has the lamb kebab which they finished down to the bone. For the desert we has an orange creme on a kind of think pastry, the pastry was good, but the orange blossom for my tastebuds was a bit strong, it is probably an aquired taste, but the waitress noticed by slight dislike and offered to change for something else, but I refused, as the dish was well made an it was my personal liking that did not match. The end was with a strong cardamon coffee, which finished the evening off well. Would come back here again for sure. A full package, even on the way out the receptionist asked us how our meal was and welcomes us back again. Super hospitality and wonderful food.

I took my 11yo daughter and we shared a chicken tagine (with olives and lemon) and an eggplant/capsicum salad (like a ratatouille). The staff were great even with such a small order. They also offered me a rose by the glass (none on the menus). Flavours were enjoyed by both adult and child.

Good place for a simple dinner. Friendly staff, good tagine and good Marocain wine. Not the best you could imagine, but perfectly fine.

A french friend recommended us the place. The environment is pleasant and waiters are gentle. Nevertheless we found the dishes disappointing.
