What Melissa from Paris doesn't like about Mamma Roma:
We eat well, the service is fast, but the young women who work there do not make much effort to be kind or even welcoming, not a smile, barely hello... Despite all the place is cozy and reasonable prices for the neighborhood. View all feedback.
There were two gentlemen, one who worked a lot (orange t-shirt, black apron) during the rush clearing the tables, taking orders, cashing, putting the pizzas in the oven and making the coffees while the other gentleman (no hair, t-shirt green and striped apron) was talking with customers. The second gentleman still ended up coming back *and that's the drama* no more consistency in the orders he starts yelling at the first gentleman... In short, justice for the orange teeshirt and black apron! I hope you get a raise you are the only one who saved the rating of this review, courage!
The place is ideal for families with large benches to sit on. The pizzas are good, prepared in advance and reheated on site after ordering. The servers are welcoming, fast and discreet. 70€ for 2 adults and 3 children.
An alternative to take a breather, have a snack and continue on the road. Only Italian products are sold. We tried pizzetta and wine. It was not bad. There are also lots of sweet and salty snacks and meals available.
It was great and the person who welcomed us on Saturday night was great, thank you!
Excellent pizza, the cleanliness of the toilet could be reviewed but we come especially for the quality of the kitchen!
