Waknine - Paris

What George H likes about Waknine:
Waknine attracts a very swish crowd for lunch lots of well to do ladies. But the decor is stylish, the food classically French and the vibe very relaxing. The bar is almost a work of art in its own right. I opened with deep fried artichoke salad with a gorgonzola sauce, which was very very good, the artichokes crisp and flavourful. I can't say much about the price we were invited. It's very noisy and everyone's close. Map's not too extensive, service is correct. quality is fine, but not excellent. wine was good as well as the coffee. View all feedback.
