I bought 2boxs, due to lack of time before getting on the train. Overall I found it to be fresh and good. The service was pleasant and very fast. I didn't pay attention but I would have appreciated having ginger and wasabi, which were not in the boxes, which is a shame. This small point has improved for the rest it is really very correct, same price level compared to the competition. View all feedback.

Just forget this place. I came around 9.15 pm and they were not preparing any new food, so we ate whatever was on the belt. counter was not cleaned. Waiter did not come to me until a good 10 mns. I had to ask for a drink. 10 mns before closure the staff rudely ask us to finish, pay and go. No service training and manners. This is my last time at Yo Shushi. View all feedback.

Very bad customer service at CDG airport terminal 2. We bought 1 small sushi and 1 big sushi sharer and was given only 1 soya sauce, 1 wasabi and 1 ginger for the purchase which is obviously not enough. After paying she just walked away ignoring despite we tried to call a few times to get her attention. I then just took the ginger and wasabi myself from the counter and she rushed to yelled at us asking us to pay to get more. We tried to explain that she gave us not enough sauces for the purchase but she keeps yelling at us. In her yelling there were Asian mentioned but again i dont understand French. Not impressed with the service and for 30€ of a small pack and a sharer pack the quality plus the customer service really not worthed at all. I would give a rating of a -1 if possible actually
Disgusting. Am so disappointed. Never returning. Most unfriendly staff ever. Only 2 meals on menu were available. Not apologetic at all. Presentation of food was applauding. Yo sushi needs a restock of food and change of staff. Hygiene level low. Not a good experience at all.

Food is good, not too fresh but fine. The portion makes my belly full. The price is quite expensive. The soy sauce and Wasabi is abundant, not stingy. The staff is very friendly.
