Contribute Feedback What Fritz Kessler likes about Le Blavet:
I rarely leave a review for restaurants, but this restaurant is simply too amazing. everything from starter (egg casserole) to the main course (duck breast) to dessert (coffee ice cream) was so delicious. I'd go back to paris to eat here again. View all feedback.
What Paris Rice doesn't like about Le Blavet:
La Blavet serves very traditional, old style french food: creamy, fatty, heavy but tasty. You have very traditional dishes like porc head meat on the menu. For 28 euros, you get a 3-course meal with super big portions, especially the dessert (excellent). If this is...the type of food you like, this is the place! But for me, it is a bit too heavy. This is my second passage to the blavet, and this time I was a little disappointed. The dishes are homemade, okay, are far from bad, okay, but don't go well beyond the traditional well-do-no-plus. he missed my dinner with a little original touch that would have made personal taste, particular, even unforgettable. So, at 37€ dinner (including wine), the value-for-money ratio is not exceptional, far from there, when we know that a number of restaurants michelin (typically the "bib gourmands") offer formulas around 20-25€ in the same neighborhood — and some stars also (i.e., the noon, or a little off this neighborhood, certainly). On the other hand, we will not accuse the leader of being cheek on the portions, which are very generous. And the service is nice.
Restaurant friendlybelle varied menu with fresh product. traditional French cuisine warm and rich and well workeda faire
The eight of us were here to eat on Saturday night. a small family restaurant with excellent French cuisine. service was very good and we felt more like friends than guests. a real jewel that we will certainly return to our next visit to bets.
Authentic French cuisine, good value for money, good wine map. Supported and friendly service. I recommend.
