On march 31, 2010, I wanted to find a restaurant close to Pereire 17e for a party of 4.Balthazar was my choice, based on Trip Advisor's reviews. I expected to find a much better restaurant.My foie gras starter was absolutely tasteless, followed by a mediocre noix de veau.
