What User doesn't like about Sahara:
From the outside I'm actually not the biggest fan of the decor. I don't personally find it inviting or warm in particular, and the few times I've gone to the Parramatta Sahara, the place has actually been empty. I do love the dipping platter, and the seekh platter too, along with the turkish tea. Prices can be a little steep for the amount that you are getting, but this place does make their meats really well. View all feedback.
This is a place worth trying and definitely returning to. Everything about this place was fantastic. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly.
I met up with some friends for dinner at this restaurant situated across from the bus and train station in Parramatta.
I decided to give this restaurant a try after passing by it. They offer two seating options: indoor or outdoor.

Cooked to perfection with the succulent meat falling off the bone, these oven-braised lamb shanks are the epitome of comfort food. Served with beautiful red bourgogne sauce poured over broccoli and a bed of smooth, buttery and flavourful mashed potatoes. Absolutely divine! The dessert (mammas surprise) is to die for! Highly recommend!
