food is always good. we love dimsum and this is one of the best dimsum they can find in perth. our favorites are pork bun and chicken feet. they have opened a filiale in westfield carousel, but I think this original is still the best. it is always super busy and expects slow service on this hurry hours. What Monserrate Fisher doesn't like about Canton Bay Chinese Restaurant and Bar:
Terrible serving size for the price you pay. It is actually only half of the food quantity per court compared to the standard share of other Chinese,
Restaurant. Eat no big deal.

The best Yum-Cha in perth. the place is always busy with long line at the weekend. the foods were very expensive and large. service was not the best, especially if it is busy, but they would expect it in every dimsum restaurant
We had a nice dinner with a large service and a cheap wine card. that is really a hidden gem that deserves the good reviews it has received. we had some difficult things to book online, but passed through the Fork app. so glad we did. the place was clean and well maintained.
Excellent food and service. revitalized and enjoyed by many Australians, including Chinese.
The entrance was a magical cross between a Hobit house and an entry to a secret cave! The doors very rustic.Inside quite the opposite. Modern and stylish with rippled, metallic, silver walls, real cloth table- cloths, a separate bar or bring your own, an impressive menu, well priced and not a single dish failed. What also was an immense relief, was the ambience, muted.I have only two detractions, the waiter never smiled and water was never offered. If go there again in a great beat.
Very disappointing to hear that restaurants in Australia continue to sell shark fin soup. Very unethical and very dangerous.
