My experience was perfect. Pizzailo is a lovely and passionate man, and it feels in his creations. Pizzas are beautiful and Italian to wish. We ordered 10 margarita pizzas (the simplest way not to take risks) for my fis' birthday. Catastrophe, pizza with bitter taste and crame. I found myself with all the disappointed guests and without much food. Only 10 pizzas were eaten, I offered to bring them in to prove that we did not eat anything. 90€ of lost pizza and no refund just the proposal to make pizza again, no thanks.
