The crab cake appetizer received rave reviews, and the tiramisu was a hit with one diner. The service was friendly but slow, with some tables having to wait a long time for their meals. Despite some mixed reviews, the outdoor setting and people-watching opportunities were praised, along with the delicious cuisine for those who enjoyed their meals. A neighborhood vibe, skilled bartender, and charming ambiance added to the overall experience.
We had a great time dining outside (it's next to a little park on the other side of the street) on a summery Saturday night. Service was super friendly and well paced. We ordered the antipasto plate, the “stack” (their specialty, which is excellent), and a side of broccoli rabe, and shared between the two of us. Wine and cocktail options were great.
Great chicken marsala and we stayed and talked long after we were finished with no interruption.
Absolutely fantastic authentic Italian food. The owner is a lovely person and so humble. The clams casino was the best I have ever had. The Caesar salad is creamy deliciousness. The chicken parm is another 5 star dish.
