I just came here with my boyfriend last friday, the food was astounding, super well seasoned and the space outside was very lovely and cozy. My boyfriend ordered the special Saigon broken rice and he said it was the best broken rice among the Vietnamese restaurants in Philly. The food was delivered hot and on time by DoorDash, and everything was perfect at this restaurant. I loved the Pho 32, specifically the Pho Brisket Phở Gầu. The broth was served separately from the noodles, which was ideal. The portion of meat and veggies was generous, and the broth was amazing. The Vegetarian Summer Rolls were also delicious, especially with the sauce provided. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was packed well and did not spill. Overall, this restaurant was wonderful.
The food here is always so good! They package everything so nicely and my food is always warm when it gets here. Cant wait to order the pho again! It was absolutely declious!
I have been ordering from Pho Cafe Saigon since late 2021. It has consistently been a reliable place to get delicious pho, always packaged and delivered well. I have tried other pho restaurants in the area, but none can compare. I highly recommend ordering from them, as they never disappoint.
I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. Their takeout Pho is packaged excellently, but I prefer to eat in.
Their pho is amazing! Good fatty pieces of brisket. A+ on broth.
