10 out of 10!! Our first time there but def not our last! Jay was as our server and he couldn't have been nicer! A gem in South Philly!

Popi's is a great value, easy to get to,has it's own parking, a huge plus in Phila, with great service staff. Food was excellent and could eat indoors or out. Will become regular repeat customers.
Pasta was overcooked and lacking flavor. Gazpacho was meh. Assumed we were sitting outside with plenty of empty tables inside. Felt like 'eat and get the hell out '. Won 't go back.
Outstanding service and good food. Much parking in the lot or on the street.
