Indian Kwality Restaurant - Pierrefonds

I left this restaurant infuriated. I went with my family - 2 adults and a young child. When we entered the restaurant, we had to approach someone to be asked to be seated. That should have been an indication for what was to come. Once seated, we had to ask for water and menus. When someone came to take our order, I pointed to a meal on the menu and was told it's not available. I asked why, and since the server could give no reason, she let me order it. I asked what was included and she did a very poor job of explaining what my choices were for this platter. She kept looking away at a big party near us. Barely made eye contact with us. This is when I started to get very annoyed. It took her several attempts to explain the three curry choices because she kept turning her head and talking to air. Ridiculous. Then we asked for samosas (which were at their take out counter) and were told it's only for take out, yet it's on the restaurant menu. Finally, they agreed to giving us two. Weird. When my meal finally came, the tandoori chicken was missing (and it was mentioned on the menu as being included), and I had to get up and ask for it. I was told they didn't have any, yet it was listed on the menu as being part of my meal. At that point, I said to the server "This is a lousy restaurant with absolutely horrible service. I ordered this particular meal since it came with tandoori chicken (which I saw you just bring out to that party over there, so I know you have some) and now my child has no food to eat." She just looked at me like I was crazy and said she'd see what she can do. She eventually brought out a piece of chicken. Even the food didn't taste good - no bite to the curries. Everything was just pathetic. I would NEVER EVER go back.

The restaurant has no concept of service. Despite advanced reservation and order, my group of 16 had to wait for about 45 minutes to get any attention. After complaining for very slow service, we were served only the sauces without the appetizers. Above all, The lady owner showed a very bad attitude towards our complaint. We had to leave the restaurant after waiting and complaining for more than 1 hour; without food.NEVER AGAIN

Very slow service, waited 45 minutes to be served cold butter chicken and was pretty costly...wont go back
