the words of ferran adriá were cut to define the quality of this rice. small place with a few tables, very good of price and with a final result worth appreciating. more than recommended! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Paco Gandia:
1) the customer's franchise treatment is regrettable. the waitress that accompanies you with less than half of experience that gives you several lessons of goodness. 2) the card has trick, old trilerism. do not get excited: if the price of the salad marks 7.5€ you will be charged that amount per person, that is, a salad for three is worth 22.5€ and so with almost everything. 3) do not dare. Don't ask him for the letter because he's angry, he'll give it to you, but he's in a bad mood. It's more than singing it and trusting your ability to memorize the eight or ten dishes it has, it's part of the trick. try not to get it out of its frame. 4) Rice cooks are a pure show and that's why it's worth moving to pines.
Small place, but with a lot of charm, where they serve the typical rabbit and snail rice from the area that is to die for. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The best rice with rabbit and snails I've ever had. Far from any other, although I have another nearby one in Casa Elias. The only thing is that the service here is quite dry. They don't care much about the customer since they are full every day. Service: Dine in
I thought I knew what a good paella was until today. Arroz con conejo y caracoles al Sarmiento (madera de la vid-wood from the vine) Paired with an amazing wine
What a fantastic place for Paella. The local favourite is now our. Rabbit and Snail paella, who would have thought a yorkshire boy would ever eat that. It was wonderful. Try the variety of deserts if you still have room, they were all delicious and the wine and the hosts were perfect. Thanks to all concerned, we will be back.
