Contribute FeedbackExperience at the Terrace Room in the Omni William Penn Square was mixed. Some reviewers found it to be subpar due to issues with service, food quality, and ambience. However, positive feedback highlighted the historic charm, attentive service, and delicious food. Overall, the general consensus seemed to be that while there were some disappointments, particularly with dessert and slow service, the Terrace Room at Omni William Penn Square does offer a unique dining experience worth trying out, especially for those who appreciate historic charm and attentive service.
The Speakeasy inside the basement of the Omni Hotel is a cool, dark, hip bar not only reminiscent of the secret speakeasy's during prohibition, it actually existed during prohibition! Check it out. The cocktails are unique and delicious and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The Prickly Bootlegger was delicious and the Manhattan was spot on!
Brought my mom here for a drink as a birthday treat after a day in the city. Never got the drink. Sat there for 20+ minutes while several workers milled around wiping down tables and checking on other patrons without once even acknowledging that we were there even though they made eye contact with us several times and could see we clearly had no drinks. The man working the door was fabulous though. But I won’t be back
I wanted to specifically recognize the manager, Jesse, for going above and beyond to make my sister's 40th birthday really special. I am incredibly impressed with the staff and quality of drinks. Would Highly recommend to all!
