What Kociss Leone doesn't like about Yokoso Sushi:
My clue not to try should have been Yokoso being in a strip mall by Panda Express. I was hungry and let my stomach be my guide. Upon tasting the lukewarm miso, I knew things might go down hill. The sushi rolls had tiny pieces of fish and very bland tasting. The spicy tuna was mixed with a weird jelly. I tasted no spice- maybe tamarind paste? The wasabi was most surely from a tube. Always amazing! Seriously good quality and flavors. Also, the ladies who work there are the absolute sweetest, so welcoming. Honest: best sushi place in Contra Costa, convince me otherwise.

Visited today for lunch and everything was fantastic. I have been twice before but it's been quite some time. We had crazy chili and potsticker appetizers . Both were delicious- hot and crispy. Ordered three rolls: Dragon, deep-fried Philadelphia, and summer roll. They were all fresh and large in size. The service was wonderful, they were very attentive and polite. Pricing was very reasonable for what we received. We will be back soon.
The best sushi I ever had. a lot of taste and always great tasting and fresh. my fave.
