Meal between unforgettable lovers...meal in four cooked dishes has perfection with explosions of flavors..service pretty fast ...good presentation...the landmain morning breakfast served a table!!!Personal to the little care and always available. tried the eyes closed.

I took my wife to this hotel and it was heaven on earth. Staff super friendly, food was excellent and we have a lovely time. While you are here go for a walk around the castle, its well worth it.

Yet again Chateau Germiney was a haven of peace and tranquillity. The food, as always, was magnificent. The staff impeccable and made us feel very welcomed and valued. Well worth a visit.

The best room service is supposed to be French. you are supposed to be in a Michelin-starred restaurant, if you're also supposed to add an extra guarantee. That's the theory. The practice is that, sometimes, none of this is fulfilled. It is not a receipt to be with a dirty dish on the table for 15 minutes waiting for some waiter to deign himself to retire. It's not a receipt that you have to wait on the first dish for the subsellier to bring the wine and, on the second dish, the subsellier will bring you the wine and spend more than 15 minutes to get the second dish. the quality of the food neither good nor bad, far, far from the expected in a michelin star. I don't know if they had a bad day or it's their way of working. I don't know, but at the prices they're paid are flaws that can't be. It is true that they reduced our account for our complaints and it is true that they invited a glass of pear liquor in the desserts, but, when you go to dinner to a place like the one that is supposed to be you, what you want is to enjoy the evening and not suffer a terrible service although then they lower your price.

A great place, comfortable, great service but food going a bit downhill and sadly ridiculously expensive wine list. I'd rather pay corkage for our cellar or have a decent carafe du patron or should one Have one's whisky before and have carafe water during meals? Pity but we won't continue.this game.
