Contribute Feedback Was Guy Marchal at Pier 35 Bar & Grill a mag?
Six members of my family attended this restaurant on a Thursday night and were pleasantly surprised. Pier 35 was tucked away off Lorimer Street in Pprt Melbourne. The food was reasonably priced, the service was great and we sat in the marquee on the waterfront...on a lovely mild night. The inside of the restaurant was above standard with real white tablecloths. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was an enjoyable nigh... View all feedback.
What Oliver Roberts dislikes about Pier 35 Bar & Grill:
Pier 35 has great food and a beautiful outlook. The staff was friendly but none of them wore masks. As a result most customers also didn't bother with them when they left their tables. The women's toilets were filthy at the start of the night...and the front glass door was covered in finger prints where you needed to touch it to enter. We felt very unsafe. Come on guys put a bit of effort into trying to be covid safe... View all feedback.
I had to advise them how to put a table. it took an hour to deliver drinks. then our escapes finally got only to let the netzen 5 minutes later deliver. a meal to a time have forgot service employees that they serve the table. so that they can actually eat together? poor service average food!
I booked a teamwork lunch at pier35 for 20 people this week. I preordered the phone from sydney and they made it so easy. everything went so smooth and everyone who went to lunch loved it. my manager said it was perfect." I can't. personal for eating, but I was really happy with the experience. I just appreciate that there was no delay.
The workers in this restaurant are absolutely terrible. the service is terrible, and when we complained to the manager (arthur), he was rude and unhelpful. avoid this place to all cost.
We visited this restaurant as our friends gave us a voucher for 3 cursor meal. you couldn't pick up your escape and even if you asked what he'll be. the server could not even tell them because it was the choice of the cook. Fair...ough while reading other reviews, the same escape is served to any other customer just as well, so it is not difficult to remember. the nets were bland and tasteless. dry chicken and over boiled fish. it would not recommend to eat dessert either as the pannacotta looked like it had dust on it, it is sitting in a refrigerator that long. we could not even decide what dessert they wanted. the personal has no idea what is going on, none of them seems to be interested in sitting or ordering, and we are constantly talking about when we actually tried to order. it seemed that everything was too hard to give us information. in any case not back.

Not worth it. Just don't go. there's plenty of great places who are putting an effort in top keep us safe
