Elements is a destination for us. The food offerings are creative and perfectly presented. The server's knowledge of the wine and beer pairings is impeccable. We are already looking forward to our next reservation. If you're staying in Princeton, couple it with a stay at the Peacock. View all feedback.
What Hungryman doesn't like about Elements Restaurant:
I liked the old location much easier to locate and to park, al la carte menu vs prix fixe, better wine and cocktail program. Skip the “wine pairing” pre-selections $110. They wont tell you what the wines are until they “introduce” each one with each course. Thats not exciting, its a convenience for the restaurant, a con on the diner. Artsy plating, fresh ingredients , good execution. 6 courses Id happily order again... View all feedback.
My wife is not vegan, so we dine in non vegan and vegetarian restaurants. Elements is a great restaurant. The dining room is intimate with a view of the kitchen. The menu is oriented to a tasting menu. In the week there is also Alacarte. If you let them know in advance, they will create a whole vegan tasting menu. The kitchen staff is an expert in creating fresh, agricultural, creative vegan (and not vegan) food. The service is always professional. This is an ideal place for a special event. It's expensive, but it's worth it.
It was an amazing experience, you expect the prices to be high at a fine dining establishment. The cocktails were mediocre but the food, the leveling of taste and the fun ways the chefs incorporated the items in the dishes was amazing.
Chef Anderson creates amazing dishes. Unique, beautiful, finest quality and absolutely delicious. Service is impeccable but not over the top. It is expensive, but worth every penny. My highest recommendation.
The best restaurant in central New Jersey continues to innovate and deliver. Great food served at a reasonable price.
