Elements is a destination for us. The food offerings are creative and perfectly presented. The server's knowledge of the wine and beer pairings is impeccable. We are already looking forward to our next reservation. If you're staying in Princeton, couple it with a stay at the Peacock. View all feedback.
What Hungryman doesn't like about Elements Restaurant:
I liked the old location much easier to locate and to park, al la carte menu vs prix fixe, better wine and cocktail program. Skip the “wine pairing” pre-selections $110. They wont tell you what the wines are until they “introduce” each one with each course. Thats not exciting, its a convenience for the restaurant, a con on the diner. Artsy plating, fresh ingredients , good execution. 6 courses Id happily order again... View all feedback.
Have been here twice. Excellent menu and service EVERY TIME. Definitely a five star kind of place. Highly recommend.
We arrived in the US from Paris a year ago, and this is the best restaurant we have been to since we arrived. We loved it. The food was excellent. It was our wedding anniversary and we were given a card signed by all of the people working there, which was a lovely touch. I would have preferred slightly slower service seems like a strange thing to say, but as there are so many courses, it would be nice to have a pause from time to time, but overall, we were really impressed and loved our experience at Elements.
The chef is a wonder. Not only are the courses delicious, the presentation is amazing. Combine that with the incredible, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and you have an amazing dining experience.
Every course was delicious and presented in a beautiful way. The service was fantastic. Amazing experience all around!
The chef's tasting (15 course) meal at Elements was astounding. I work in the culinary field and have had the honor of dining at some spectacular places--Elements takes the top prize. The variety of the courses paired with the exquisite plating makes this trip to Princeton well worth it.
