We celebrated birthdays here. Beautiful exterior and interior decors. Delicious food, wine, and cocktails. Favorite drink is Smoked old fashioned. The peach dessert is excellent! All food were good too. View all feedback.
What Ellsworth McGlynn dislikes about Peacock Inn:
Do NOT stay in room 202. It is above the bar and the music playing through our floor until 3am. The pillows were flat and there was a huge gap in the door. At 7am, they started moving furniture downstairs. So yes, if you want to get about 3 hours of sleep, enjoy. Everything else was fine. View all feedback.
Very clean and charming option for anyone visiting Princeton! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
Service was warm. Place was super quiet in case you are looking for lively place, this is not it. Appetizer and main course (bass with sunchokes) were good. The wine collection and cocktails were done well too. Ordered two desserts and both of them were just okay
Gorgeous room in a beautiful place! Wonderful staff, very old-school vibes. Also: one of the best afternoon teas I have ever been to. Worth the trip just for that. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
I travel to Princeton a couple of times per year. I stay at the Peacock Inn when I’m in visiting. Recently a new hotel has opened in Princeton. I’ve checked it out and it’s fine. I still prefer the Peacock Inn. The Inn has much more character. The rooms are very nice. The service and the restaurant are excellent! Rooms: 5 Service: 5
