Daytime-Food, Nighttime-Drinks. Kartabar is a great spot for lunch on a sunny day. The menu offers up a variety of basic entrees, each equally good. The best part about Kartabar however is their drinks at night. What Mario Romaguera doesn't like about Kartabar:
food and service to despise. I'll keep it short. I had two meal times in cartabar, because I had to send one back (so both have been sent back!) first I ordered the scallops; over cooked, hard and fish. I then asked about the linguini and the mush. linguini has cooked well, but the mushles were also extremely fishy as if they were weeks old. Was looking for a place to hang out for night and this place turns out to b the best. Good drinks, beautiful songs and nice food was cherry on top!!!!! Staff was super friendly and loved the atmosphere.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! I just went for drinks on a Saturday night and I had a great time.
