We were GRANDPAcking in El Panchan for 7 days.We ate most of our breakfasts at Chely's.They advertise 50% off Breakfasts ... the reality is that at full price they would be more expensive than Don Muchos (next door) - at 50% off, they are just a bit cheaper.Don Muchos is a nicer restaurant so Chely's should be doing 50% as their standard price!Having said that, they had a couple of good breakfasts on the menu at 50%....
