Green Jack Tar - Puerto Plata

This amazing restaurant is situated in Playa Dorado and definitely worth a visit. It is located on the 7th hole of the golf course. Every dish we tried was outstanding, especially the yucca mofongo, salmon, and burger. Absolutely delicious! It was an excellent dining experience!

This restaurant offers good bang for your buck. While the service and food quality may not be top-notch, you can still enjoy a decent meal at a stunning beach location.

Food was below average and desert was bad. Service was average, server barely understood English and even if he did he wasn’t too sure about his own menu.Place smelled like a cigar lounge even if it was open sky forcing us to move tables .A bad singer was hired that seriously was annoying at times with bad audio equipment to make matters worst . 28% surplus was added on the bill for an already overpriced menu .. the message here is that many other restaurants in the area with better everything. Believe me we are not that difficult and rarely do write reviews but this place needed it . Thank you

The food was AMAZING!!! Mofongo, Mangú, Steak, everything was delicious! Staff was super friendly and nice!!! Absolutely loved this experience!
