Very surprising to find a Real french bistro in a mexican town!!! What Unbelizablegrrl doesn't like about La Cigale:
The outside smells like cat piss and the inside needs to be cleaned. The food was just so underwhelming. The Onion Soup was sadly lacking in flavor and cheese. The coq au vin resembled tomato soup with maybe 3 oz of chicken, 3 carrot coins, 3 slices of (possibly canned) mushrooms and four pearl onions.
