SUN WAH RESTAURANT - Pulong Santa Cruz

I never expected that i would find wah sun here at eyp.....I WILL SURE RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WORTH THE TRIP GOING TO DOWNTOWN CHINATOWN.... this restaurant was one of the pioneer restaurants in chinatown...if you do not know wah sun then u r not a businessman i bet henry sy had been here....old timers and their apprentice will never forget this place....the taste, servings, cheap price. i remember at 800 pesos i treated my friends on my birthday 8 of them were so full..hahahaha. special pancit canton, cold cuts roasted pork, asado, pata ham, intestines, combination was the best (halo-halo), lumpiang shanhai, hototay soup, lo han chai, torta congrejo(the best!) -real alimango meat in egg and special sauce, these are just few of the 500 selections to look for....also, upon entering u will see 2 sleeping lazy boars outside, and a portion upstairs in the airconditioned area u will find a small aviary of exotic animals, albino snakes, crocodiles, birds,etc----its a must experience. Moreover, i have learned to love the food of this place because i was eating there almost everyday since 3 years old.my father would always buy there to celebrate my birthday, my siblings birthday, my moms birthday, new year, christmas, and his birthday of course....we knew this place from our great great grandfather and up to know i inherited that wisdon and shares it with my chilldren and friends....there is much to say about this place....I encourage everyone to try it....
