All the times we've been to Quebec City, we never actually ate here, always trying to find something in particular. We finally decided that on this visit, we would have dinner at Portofino. What Felix S doesn't like about Portofino Bistro:
We were waiting for second course for 1.5 hours at the time when the restaurant was half empty! When we brought our concern to hostess instead of apologizing she she said, “we are very busy” at the time when all other customers around our table already left. Our waiter never returned to us at all. Service was just horrible!!! Would never recommend to busy this place As for food, it was not better than in McDonald’s: View all feedback.
Love the food here. We have been twice once for breakfast and another time for dinner. Food is excellent and servers were friendly and helpful. Beautiful restaurant.
Great food and atmosphere! Very pleasantly surprised by all of the gluten free options as well! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!
We sat on the patio with our dog. I had the burger and it was the most delicious burger I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of restaurant burgers! Servers were nice and friendly. Not too pricey. I’d highly recommend!
Best food we had in Quebec. If you have allergies they are very allergy friendly. Both vegan and vegetarian options on their menus. Love this restaurant.
Great food and the service was particularly amazing. They were very busy but it is surprisingly quiet, so excellent for conversation.
