All the times we've been to Quebec City, we never actually ate here, always trying to find something in particular. We finally decided that on this visit, we would have dinner at Portofino. We were waiting for second course for 1.5 hours at the time when the restaurant was half empty! When we brought our concern to hostess instead of apologizing she she said, “we are very busy” at the time when all other customers around our table already left.
