All the times we've been to Quebec City, we never actually ate here, always trying to find something in particular. We finally decided that on this visit, we would have dinner at Portofino. What Felix S doesn't like about Portofino Bistro:
We were waiting for second course for 1.5 hours at the time when the restaurant was half empty! When we brought our concern to hostess instead of apologizing she she said, “we are very busy” at the time when all other customers around our table already left. Our waiter never returned to us at all. Service was just horrible!!! Would never recommend to busy this place As for food, it was not better than in McDonald’s: View all feedback.
This restaurant has a vegan option, and several vegetarian options that can be on vegan. they come locally and have a garden on their dach where they grow a lot of their ingredients! the staff was very courteous and very friendly! Lunch stopped and had a great experience. Food was delicious and they can easily accommodate vegans.

This restaurant has one vegan option, and multiple vegetarian options, which can certainly be customized to be vegan. They source locally, and they have a garden on their rooftop where they grow alot of their ingredients! The staff was very accommodating and very friendly! The staff are well educated, I asked to clean the table because it had crumbs and they did it pronto. Amazing food and most of the menu is gluten free and Coeliac safe!
