If you are used to bars that are relaxing, this ain't the place for you coz you will definitely be a second hand smoker. You will smell like a cigarette when you come out of this very dark old house style. Been here with great friends and it feels like going to somebody's house. they even have a cat that goes to every table grazing to your leg.haha three thumbs up to 77. CHILLAXIN here is the best. :)
Super steads place with cheap beer and great food. Hassle parking though.

Inexpensive, accessible and cozy! With artworks, even. You must try the salmon tartare.
