On the way from Haridwar to Nainital, around 1 pm we decided to take a lunch break and searched on Google Maps for restaurants on the way. Most of the restaurants we did not feel like entering, but Safari Cafe right on the highway near Jim Corbett Park seemed to be the right one.It is small place, three tables, with a continental menu. What Hari Lall doesn't like about The Safari Cafe:
Had gone for dinner with my family after viewing multiple positive reviews about food quality e.t.c but on contrary, least desirable service turnaround occured. Took 1.5 hours for Basic Chinese gravy (main course) items along with other accompaniments to reach our table, although noodles had reached 45 minutes earlier but it was completely unjust to just have noodles without nothing to compliment as main gravy items... Suki is a great host. This is probably one of the best home stays in corbett. The property is right next to the Dehla range. We stayed here for two nights. We could hear a tiger roar when we stayed at the property the first night. The second night it was various deers alarms calling out. This would be every nature lovers dream. The rooms are big with great big beds. The is cooked to your liking and couldn't taste better. Suki plays the perfect host with all his stories about the jungle. He can sit and explain why things are the way they are in the jungle (very Knowledgeable). He even has a sauna and a projector which plays various jungle documentaries at night. It is a perfect place to stay if you love nature and would love to learn about it.
Enjoyed a wholesome meal at TSC. Pasta, falafel and waffles were delicious. Would recommend calling before showing up. The ambience is great and the owners personal involvement reflects in the quality of the food served. Definitely going back soon.

The food was good as they made special dishes like falafel and pork curry which was very tasty. The ambience was very simple but the food was good
The only place in Jim Corbett where where tou can have continental, Indian and many other varieties of exotic dishes.
