What User doesn't like about Romano's Macaroni Grill:
we had to remind our server of a drink order (only a single drink that was not like a large amount) three times and still never received. he never apologised....only suggested that he forgot three times! could have lived without the drink if eating was something to write home. it wasn't! this special situation is not at all what we expect from a macaroni grill. definitiw better eat and service available. read more.
