I like eating generally, but there is no great variation seen. I would like to see more options. also there is a good idea to dry the chicken out of oil before it serves the customers.

This was my first time eating here. Overall it was ok. Don’t regret the stop in but I won’t be rushing back to have it again anytime soon. The price was fair and cleanliness was ok, tables were not whipped down before each customer. My sons and I ordered the rip n chicken, the amount of food was satisfying but overall was mediocre. Without the dipping sauce the chicken would be flavourless but they had a nice crunch, biscuit was tasty but dry, it could’ve used some butter, the onion rings tasted fine but my order came out looking like they went through a blender. My sons onion rings looked fine. Kids had 0 complaints about food. Wouldn’t recommend but also wouldn’t tell anyone not to try for themselves.

I went to Albert street branch last night at 10:30 pm, I ordered two chicken sandwiches, and a chicken strip plater. I’m very disappointed with the quality of food I had, everything had excessive amount of salt and had a bitter taste. I was thinking I could have a high blood pressure after eating it. My husband and family went with me, we wanted to do dine but dine in was closed. We ordered food and decided to come home. We ate it at home. I would return everything and get my money back from them if I would dine in. I came home and all of us stared to eat and very disappointed for the wastage for our money. I do have a order number and receipt if your need I can provide. We could not eat for due to too mush salt, please return my money

Today at around 8:15 pm, I went to order 8 pieces chicken from drive thru at Regina Albert street store#12793. He said it will take 12 minutes. Usually it doesn't take that long. I was waiting after almost 10 minutes one guy who came by the window said it will take 20 minutes, i have to wait at the parking. The store is in such a way I can't go directly to the parking, I have to U turn from the north side. Then I asked you said 12 minutes, and its almost 10 minutes gone, He raised his voice and said it cooking time 12 minute and the preparation time total will be 20 minutes. He start shouting when I said return my money, he said he can't return the money the machine has a problem I have go to the parking to get the refund, He also mentioned me if I am new in Canada or not that I don't know the rules. He shouted a few times to move my car as he can't serve the others in the back. All things are recorded if they have any video surveillance system in the store. I asked Management to take the investigation and take action against it. I will never go to the store nor any of my friends and family members will be there for any orders. I am in Canada more than 16 years. These guys hire a bunch of international students who doesn't know English well and doesn't even have any training or experiences in the customer services. If I have to wait 20 minutes from the drive through in the chicken store, I would recommend everyone not to go to this store. Very bad customer service and behaviours.

Terrible restaurant, will never be back. 2 times in a row I order online. First time took 25 minutes to make my food and they forgot about me standing in there lobby. Second time they confirm my order, start it, tell me there waiting on chicken, proceed to take 2 other orders after me. They served both orders before mine and then tell me there still waiting for chicken because they just gave all the chicken I was already waiting on to the other orders. Do not go here unless you like waiting for absolutely nothing.
