I made a reservation for a party of 10 three weeks in advance. When we arrived at our scheduled time, we were kept waiting for 35 minutes with no table ready. We had to stand in the small, cold lobby while they seemed unable to accommodate our reservation. It felt like they didn't really care about us as customers.
