Made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a party of 10. We arrived at our reservation time and waited 35 minutes. Still no table ready. Stood in the tiny cold lobby waiting. I don't understand why they couldn't accommodate a reservation. They didn't seem to care. I think they were glad we left just so they didn't have to figure out what to do.
