When you have to wait for a table in a same cafe/restaurant .... that tells you its going to be good! We were not disappointed. Yes, it was 2 p.m. on a summer day (Friday) and yes we had to wait for a table. But this same cafe is just GREAT. The three of us ordered various burgers .... and tried the poultine for the first time! I think their burgers are half pounds (omg, huge). All of us ate just HALF ... so burgers... View all feedback.
What Aitana Paz doesn't like about Camille's:
Went to Camille's after all the rave reviews. It was busy and there was only one server who also was on the cash. We sat for about 45 min with only our drink order taken. We finally left because there was no motion to even acknowledge us. Friends also waited the same day for 1.5 hours to get their food. Advice to the restaurant - you need more staff. We stopped here today to see another Camille, sadly it's not open anymore. Hope all ended well. Grannies chips is right beside where it used to be and was an amazing stop with friendly people and delicious fish and chips.
The best burgers you can get on this beautiful island. Great service offering perfectly cooked home-style meals.
Large portions, phenomenal cinnamon rolls (both the regular and blueberry), and several creative dishes you can't find anywhere else. Liked the taco, and the biscuits and gravy were huge and creamy. 10/5 definitely recommend.
This is definitely the top spot to dine! They offer delicious soft serve ice cream, pie, and fantastic food. You're bound to find something you'll adore, along with outstanding and friendly customer service. I will definitely be a frequent visitor here and won't need to go anywhere else! The burger had beautiful homemade buns, local beef, and lots of bacon. The soup was decent. The server could have put in more effort. Overall, they did a great job; it was the best burger I've had on the island.
