They have tried and made the feel tradition English pub. For North America they have done a good job. Selection of beers is good. Food was good and the service was excellent. Friendly with a touch of banter. Would defiantly go again when in town. Also the music was at a level where you could talk without shouting. View all feedback.

So I've been to this establishment many times and haven't reviewed since it's always been ok. Tonight on a Sunday night when no one else was in the pub... staff didn't want me to sit at a big table incase someone just came in .. its 5 pm and every other table available and I said i would move and only be here for less than an hour so latest until 6 pm. I went out with friends for a pleasant evening. The live band was really good and knew how to liven up the place. In addition to the great music, the drink service was excellent and the drinks were delicious. The restaurant easily accommodated our large group and there was plenty of parking available.
The food was mediocre. My husband had the veal and mashed potatoes and he was unimpressed. I found my dish to be bland and overcooked. When I asked for an explanation, I was not given one. We ordered a French onion soup to share, but it was too watery and the cheese topping was plain and unevenly melted. I voiced my concerns about the recipe needing improvement.
I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. The service was terrible and the food was unpleasant. The wings were dry and seemed old, while the fries were soggy. Both of us experienced stomach pain the following day after eating there. Additionally, the service was the worst I have ever encountered. The waitress was always missing, did not refill our water, never checked on us, and had a bad attitude. It was nearly impossible to get her attention when we needed something. However, as soon as we were finished eating, she was quick to bring the bill. It is no surprise that there were less than 10 people in the bar that evening. Avoid this place at all costs.
The ambiente was really good. the quality of the grilled chicken and sandwiches was good. excellent service. again worth a visit
Went for lunch in between games of a softball tournament. Took over an hour to get some of the worst sandwiches we ever had . enjoied the ac on a hot day for about 15mins then started to freeze . To bad John Taffer does...not come to Canada this place needs his help.
