Went to Sarpa Trattoria for our wedding anniversary. It is located in the north end of Richmond Hill. The ambiance was great, waiter was very friendly and helpful. Ordered beef tenderloin steak, shrimp scallop risotto, and franco fries to share. The food was great, and cocktail was very nice as well. Total 5 stars! What Steve S doesn't like about Sarpa Restaurant:
First off: Food, service and ambience were all top notch. We had a great meal and while these things are all important they are not the whole story. Cost which normally I will expect a premium for the above things done well, was well outside the norm. A hidden gem in the north! Serious food and great service. TBH, it's better than some of the local tiremaker picked restaurants.

Always a very classy experience. Not a frequent visitor but whenever I've gone it's been very enjoyable in all facets. Our waitress was very attentive and although I didn't catch her name, I know I've been served by Dennis a couple of times in the past and he was fantastic too. Highly recommended.
