I took my son to this restaurant and we both loved the fried cod and chips. The fish is crispy outside and tender inside. It's fresh and tasty. The fried potato is good but can be more salty. The price is bit more than I thought based on their simple and plain renovation. $15 per person average including tips. However worth it to have a try or when you are cravy for fried food.Will try their calamari next time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about York Fish & Chips:
The menu offered a decent selection of typical fish. Don't expect anything healthy! We usually get take out and its never much of a wait for our order. The staff are friendly and its never too busy. The fish can be a bit greasy, but thats somewhat to be expected. Price is decent, food is good. View all feedback.
2 stars = MehI've experienced better at IKEA!!__I am a big fan of fish and chipsToo bad many places just don't know how to make it.
Pretty awful effort here. Too bad it's he only option in the area for fish and chips.
