Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant

Fast service, good take out. Orders have always been correct and their fried rice is really good.

I didn't like their food. Not the orange chicken, not the chow mein nor the rice. The lady customer service was okay.

The service was great. The food was awful. The shrimp was old and hard. The egg fu young was hard and tasted old. When my husband went to pick up the food, it was uncomfortably hot inside. The quality has really gone down. Will not be going back. There are plenty of other Asian restaurants to choose from in Ridgecrest. Star rating 3.

Decided to finally take the plunge and try this place and I was not disappointed!!! The reviews aren 't great. Maybe it was an off day or maybe a lot of Karen 's don 't understand Chinese culture is different than ours. They aren 't trying be there every second you are there eating. This is now my favorite Chinese restaurant in town!!! White rice was cooked to perfection. Beef and broccoli was amazing. Sesame chicken was to die for! Our waitress, asked us for our drink order upon seating us which several places do not do! As soon as we closed our menus she was over to take our order. Partway through the meal, she came over to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. My only regrets is not having taken pictures of the delicious food. It was very clean and cool in there. Nice and quiet. Good place for large groups as well.

Good for Ridgecrest but to be fair that's setting the bar pretty low. Still one of your best options for Chinese food here.
