Amazing place. If you 're tired of the same chain 'Italian ' restaurants or even the local but same Italian offerings, this is the place. Even the Fettuccine Alfredo contains just enough sweet Italian sausage and Prosciutto to give it the extra edge. The variety of other dishes is massive and each one is full of flavor. not overly impressed. I'm not an Italian, so my opinion is that. So bad. Makes Olive Garden look like a fancy fine dining. Buy a box of 99 cent pasta and jar of sauce and save yourself the trouble.
My girlfriend has been coming to this restaurant since she was a child and knows the owners personally. She always says the food is excellent and the service is unmatched in Roanoke. She gave me a gift card for Father's Day and so we went last night. I got the Marsala veal chop special with potatoes and broccoli. It was the best Marsala I have ever had and I had to call my parents (we are Italian) after the meal to invite them the next time we eat there. My girlfriend got her usual veal parmigiana and avocado dressing with the side salad. She loves this dish and the taste was great. We got the calamari for an appetizer which was an excellent choice. I will definitely be back for this most excellent Italian food.
