Today was awesome! delicious food, cheap price and nice service here. I like the”Fish fillet in fermented rice and bean sauce” and “Beef noodle soup”. Sooooo impressive and bravo! What Kendrick Sinegal doesn't like about Taipei Tokyo Cafe:
A lady with silver hair consistently asked for us pay for cash because she said their boss will take little percent of tips from them. I mean it’s not our issues. The merchant should fix it. Then the food tastes okay, not great as reviews. Too much rice and less meat, I don’t understand why they got such high rating. It must be fake. Smh View all feedback.

This place has been a favorite of mine since the early 1990s! The sushi is always fresh and I have been greeted by the same service staff for all these years! Love it!

I have been coming to this Taipei Tokyo for decades and cannot sing its praises loud enough! It has always been reliable, delicious, and the perfect price. The staff are so friendly! I go with my parents when I come visit and everybody still recognizes me 10/10 I absolutely adore this restaurant!!! If you like like sushi, maybe try the yellowtail roll. I always get it!
Great food, great service from Flora. Yellowtail poke bowl was great. Sushi salmon great too.
