We had a catch up with friends and pleasantly surprised with the surroundings. Attentive staff from front door to bar to restaurant. We had entrees mains a deserts. The entrees were good but a touch small Wood fire pizzas were great. The lamb shoulder a bit disappointing but other meals were good. Deserts were good we had Creme brûlée and donuts. Overall a good experience and worth a look View all feedback.

Visiting western sydney,Looked on line & saw this place which had good reviews & appeared real nice so ventured out. Ended up being in a sports club :( disappointing.Waited for a seat as requested after a few minutes we were showed to a table 3feet away from the waiting sign- then advised to go to the bar to order??Same woman who seated us took order & asked where we were sitting.??? We went to the Mazi in Lantern club weeks ago on Sunday. It was and we could not order the burgers they say non left. I normally eat Vegetarian burger because I am vegetarian. But no burgers so I asked the staff at...casher What do you recommend for the vegetarian ? He said Don't com to the club'. I never experienced such a rude comment at restaurant in Australia before. I was very disappointed as a member there.
Despite the spaced out furniture, Mazi is still a great restaurant, especially near the fireplace. The spaghetti and pizza were both fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it.
Our first outing after restrictions have eased have left me disappointed, so say the least. I ordered a chicken breast schnitzel which was reconstituted chicken. I work in the chicken industry, in the research and development lab so I’m very well educated in...chickens and all the soy proteins they put in to make like it look (but never taste) real I’m outraged by paying for something worth less than to make. I got my money back, so at least they were respectful towards my complaints.
I've been to mazi a number of times, it's a lovely place to meet up with friends.We love the pizza and the share platters. The coffee is perfect, and the new cakes amazing. Always feel welcome by the staff. We'll be back.
This restaurant is known for serving some of the best food in town. The service is excellent and the presentation of the dishes is lovely. The food also has a delicious flavor that is sure to satisfy.
