I originally planned to order the black bean burger, but they were out of it. Instead, I opted for the black bean roll-up without cheese and a side of guacamole, and it was delicious!

The veggie burger at this restaurant was made with black beans, quinoa, and sun-dried tomatoes. It was a generous portion and came with a side (I chose the green salad without cheese). It was all delicious! It was a pleasant surprise to find a place like this in the area, as most restaurants here have very limited vegan options.
