I have been going to this place really good quality ice cream but today I ordered the same thing and the ice cream was granny and when I went to tell them the worker was rude horrible experience so I called the health department the worker was nasty. The Dairy Queen brand itself deserves five stars for their ice cream, but the location in Saddle Brook is truly exceptional. The staff clearly takes pride in their establishment, even going as far as to wash their windows while we were there. They have a wide variety of freshly made cakes and are always ready to assist you in finding the perfect ice cream treat. Their ice cream cakes are unmatched by any other place and they are always willing to customize it to your liking. If you find yourself in the area, be sure to stop by for a quick treat now or save it for later!
Great place! The ice is always on par. It is so great that they force mask policies while you spend your time in the store. It's a tight space. They even offer you a free mask if you have no! I wish more stores would do so to prevent the spread of Kovid. The workers work so fast and so hard they are in and out in a flash of the eye. I have seen other customers who give this young High School / College children a hard time over the masks! Too bad if they only try to do their part.

I’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen since childhood, and at 29 years old, I can proudly say it’s still as outstanding as ever! The customer service remains exceptional, and the ice cream brings back all the nostalgic flavors of my youth. To the amazing team behind the counter – thank you! Your dedication truly shines.
