A wonderful experience! victor made us travel through the flavors and textures of Peru and spider. balanced menu, fresh and elegant. very successful and different dishes for each packaging. a highly qualified room team and we feel very well received at home. a place to come back without a doubt.

The city of salamanca has a great luck having the victor gutirrez in command of the homonymous restaurant that sustains the oldest star miquelina of castilla and lion besides being the only one with two stars in the community. a restaurant where you can enjoy a fantastic gastronomic experience and its fusion cuisine with products from our land, Peru and with an Asian touch, where you can highlight the hunting products. Furthermore, the service is very attentive and friendly. I would also highlight your winery. After many visits, I am still surprised. It is definitely a must visit.
