What garg Dallas doesn't like about South Sands:
The location of the restaurant is wonderful, right on the beach at South Sands. The menu is interesting with a good and varied choice of food, some with an eastern twist. However all our dishes lacked flavour. The Sri Lankan monkfish curry was bland and uninteresting and the accompanying roti were undercooked. "We had a fantastic lunch today. there was a big group of us, but eating was on site and so was the service. I had scallops and prawns and I was hard to decide what I prefer, as they were both ruthless. really can no longer recommend this place and can not wait to go again!"

"Booked in here for dinner with a few friends. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was top quality. Of note the duck was excellent as was the ox cheek suet pudding. I will definitely be coming here again."
