El-Sombrero Mexican Restaurant - Sale

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal, I had the burritos and shared the chicken fajitas with my partner. I was at first hesitant due to bad reviews written but my experience was great. Will definitely go again when I drive through Sale again

Was after some authentic Mexican only to be disappointed. The restaurant was dark and out dated. This was not the problem though... unfortunately our food was mushy and not the best tasting. The paella had a fishy smell to it and the only chicken was a wing and small drumstick that I had to remove the meat my self. And peel the one large prawn I had. The next day both my partner and I werent feeling 100%. Disappointed as was looking for a great meal.

Really a great surprise The owner has a passion for her restaurant and it shows both in the decor and the friendly welcome. All foods are fresh prepared salsa avocado etc. I was on my own so nachos for 1 really well presented hot and tasty. Mild chilli chicken burritos - I was full but the offer of free cake and ice cream found more space.Fully licensed I think BYO wine open from Thursday at 6pm Also they have take away.Plenty of parking outside.If I didn't live 300 km away this would be my choice when I wanted mexican

Was hesitant due to previous negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food tasted fresh and was great. Their decor was great especially a large painting they have on the wall. I would recommend.

Was quite nervous about trying here due to some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by the food which was very nice. The décor and music was a bit of a cliché. The glass ware and cutlery did not match but were clean. The waitress seemed inexperienced but was helpful and friendly.
